With insoles and orthotics, we generally recommend a pair to assist with overall feel and balance.

TIP: you can choose a plain option for the other foot which does not have any symptoms.

Can the left & right insole be different?

Yes!  You can choose the left & right insole with different metatarsal dome positions.

Which types of shoes can I fit my insoles into?

Footwear type is important.

Please make sure your shoes have removable liners, which are approximately 3-5mm in thickness.

Otherwise, you might find these insoles do not fit your shoes.

Trainers, walking shoes, or any other shoes with removable liners should work well.

Are your insoles suitable for those with diabetes?

Our insoles are not designed for wounds or diabetic ulcers.

You should contact your podiatrist first before ordering with us to ensure that these are suitable for you.
